We use our own creative techniques to help those closest to the work examine things deeply, explore new situations, test their hypotheses, generate new ideas, gain insights and plan for action that will bring better results faster and with less waste of time, resources and energy.
Our work happens in stages:
Stage One: Co-Initating
In this stage we set the tone needed to do the work. We use in depth assessments that help people understand themselves, their co-workers, the work they do, how they work together and think best.
Stage Two: Exploration
In this stage we help participants analyze and understand the environment, stakeholders, and boundaries – creating the criteria that we will use to measure our goals. We explore, tinker and play with ideas until we create lots of options.
Stage Three: Generation
In this stage we create scenarios and test them, we use prototypes, create artifacts and it’s here that we conduct reality checks to create the best output.
Stage Four: Implementation
In this stage we continue to optimize and ensure that our criteria has been covered. We move back between stage two and three to ensure that we have not lost or missed anything needed. We plan the work, create action items and assign responsibility and measurements. And since the stakeholder helped develop the process, we have engagement as everyone is ready to move forward.
How we work
We do this work with small and large groups, with old and new teams and departments. We create a space that allows people to relax and enjoy the process as we know that people are more effective when they are under less stress and are not focusing on getting to the solution but are following well designed process that allows for insights and innovation.
Our customized process has boundaries and rules. With 3D thinking and other creative tools we take people outside their comfort zones to break patterns of old understanding and seeing. Since the majority of people learn better when they can see, interact and become involved in the process vs. just sitting and listening, we take advantage of experiential learning and experimentation to help engage whole brain thinking.
